Sizzle Social Legal Centre
Welcome to the Sizzle Social Legal Centre.
This page brings together the policies, terms, user rights, payment rules, privacy information and other legal documents that govern your relationship with Sizzle Social.
We know legal pages can become difficult to navigate when important information is scattered across several areas of a website. The purpose of this Legal Centre is to make it easier to understand which policy applies to a particular issue and where to go when you need more information or want to exercise a right.
Whether you are creating a Sizzle Social account, funding your wallet, ordering a social media growth service, purchasing an eligible digital product, using our API, managing services for customers or simply browsing our website, different parts of your interaction with Sizzle Social may be governed by the policies listed below.
Our legal documents are designed to explain our rules clearly while protecting users, Sizzle Social, our infrastructure and the wider ecosystem through which our services operate.

How These Policies Work Together
Sizzle Social’s legal documents should be read together where more than one policy applies to a particular interaction.
The Terms of Service provide the general contractual framework for using Sizzle Social.
Specialist policies provide additional rules for particular subjects.
For example:
A wallet-funding issue may involve the Terms of Service, Billing, Wallet & Payment Policy and Refund Policy.
A privacy request may involve the Privacy Policy, Data Rights & Privacy Requests page and, where applicable, the GDPR & International Privacy Rights page.
Use of the Sizzle Social API may be governed by both the Terms of Service and API & Reseller Terms.
A dispute concerning a Digital Account may involve the Digital Accounts & Digital Products Policy, Refund Policy and Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy.
Where a specialist policy expressly states that it applies to a particular product, transaction or activity, its specific provisions should be read together with the general Terms of Service.
Refund Requests Have a Dedicated Process
Sizzle Social maintains a dedicated refund process so refund requests can be reviewed consistently and supported with the information needed to investigate the underlying transaction or order.
The Refund Policy explains the rules that determine whether a transaction may qualify for a refund or other remedy.
The Refund Request page is where the actual request is submitted.
Refund Policy: https://sizzlesocial.ng/legal/refund
Submit a Refund Request: https://sizzlesocial.ng/refund
Submitting a refund request does not by itself mean that a refund has been approved. Requests may need to be reviewed against payment records, wallet activity, order information, service delivery, previous refunds, disputes or other relevant account information.
Where an appropriate refund, partial refund or other remedy is due, it will be handled according to the Refund Policy, applicable transaction circumstances and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and Your Personal Information
Sizzle Social processes personal information in connection with operating its website, user accounts, transactions, services, communications, security systems and other legitimate business functions.
Our Privacy Policy provides the main explanation of these activities.
Our Data Rights & Privacy Requests page provides a clearer operational route for individuals who want to exercise applicable privacy rights.
Where additional international privacy laws apply to a user or processing activity, the GDPR & International Privacy Rights page provides supplementary information.
Privacy questions, data-rights requests and general customer-service issues should be directed through the appropriate channel so they can be handled by the team or process responsible for that type of request.
Consumer Rights and Fair Treatment
Our policies are intended to explain Sizzle Social’s rules transparently without removing rights that users may have under applicable law.
Nothing in our legal documents should be interpreted as excluding, restricting or overriding a consumer or data-protection right where applicable law does not permit that right to be excluded.
Where a service is not delivered as agreed, a transaction is disputed, personal information is involved or another issue arises, the relevant policy explains the available Sizzle Social process while preserving applicable statutory rights and remedies.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
Sizzle Social operates within a wider digital ecosystem.
Some services may relate to or depend upon third-party social networks, payment processors, hosting providers, communications services, analytics providers, infrastructure providers or other external systems.
Those third parties may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, platform rules and technical requirements.
Sizzle Social’s policies govern the relationship between Sizzle Social and its users. They do not replace the separate terms or policies imposed by independent third parties.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that their own activity complies with laws, third-party platform rules and any other obligations applicable to them.
Policy Updates
Sizzle Social may update its legal policies as the platform develops, services change, operational processes are improved or applicable legal and regulatory requirements evolve.
Where a policy is updated, its Last Updated date should be revised.
Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard, email or another appropriate method where required or considered appropriate.
The version of a policy published on the relevant Sizzle Social legal page will ordinarily be the current version unless otherwise stated.
Users should review policies periodically, particularly before using a new product or service.
