Introduction
Welcome to Sizzle Social.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sizzle Social website, applications, dashboard, services, products, APIs, tools and related features operated under Sizzle Digital Technologies.
Sizzle Social is a Nigerian digital platform providing social media growth services, promotional services, digital marketing tools, Digital Accounts and related digital products, educational resources and other digital services that may be made available from time to time.
These Terms explain the agreement between you and Sizzle Social when you browse our website, create an account, fund a wallet, purchase a service, acquire an eligible digital product, use our API or otherwise interact with a service that is governed by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before using Sizzle Social.
By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using Sizzle Social after being given reasonable access to these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Sizzle Social.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
These Terms should be read together with the policies available through our Legal Centre.

Who Operates Sizzle Social?
Sizzle Social is operated under Sizzle Digital Technologies.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Sizzle Social”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Sizzle Social platform and its operator, Sizzle Digital Technologies, as applicable.
“User”, “customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person or organisation accessing or using Sizzle Social.
“Platform” includes the Sizzle Social website, account dashboard, APIs, tools, services and related digital infrastructure.
“Service” means a service, product or functionality offered through Sizzle Social.
“Order” means a request submitted by a user for a particular paid or free service.
Other Policies Form Part of These Terms
Certain areas of Sizzle Social are governed by more detailed specialist policies.
Where applicable, these policies form part of your agreement with Sizzle Social and should be read together with these Terms:
Where a specialist policy contains a more specific rule for a particular product or activity, that specialist rule should be read together with these general Terms.
Eligibility to Use Sizzle Social
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law, to create and use a Sizzle Social account.
By using the Platform, you represent that:
you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
the information you provide is accurate;
you are not using the Platform for an unlawful purpose; and
where you act for a business or another person, you have authority to act on their behalf.
If you create an account on behalf of an employer, company, agency or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Creating a Sizzle Social Account
Certain features require a registered account.
When registering, you must provide complete and accurate information reasonably required by the Platform.
You must not:
impersonate another person;
create an account using information you have no authority to use;
intentionally provide misleading identity information;
create accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement actions; or
use another person’s account without authorisation.
You are responsible for keeping your account information reasonably current.
Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your Sizzle Social login credentials.
You should:
use a strong password;
keep your password confidential;
protect access to the email account associated with Sizzle Social;
avoid sharing account access with unauthorised persons; and
notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
If you become aware that your account may have been compromised, you should change your password promptly and contact Sizzle Social.
We may temporarily restrict access or require additional verification where we reasonably believe an account has been compromised or an ownership dispute exists.
Sizzle Social is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user’s failure to reasonably protect their credentials, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or where Sizzle Social itself caused or materially contributed to the loss.
Account Ownership and Business Accounts
An account ordinarily belongs to the person or organisation whose authorised information is associated with it.
Where an employee or agent creates an account for an employer or business, the relevant organisation may be treated as the account owner where appropriate.
If ownership is disputed, we may request reasonable verification information.
While an ownership dispute is being investigated, we may temporarily restrict account activity where necessary to prevent unauthorised transactions or loss.
Account ownership may be transferred to another person where permitted by Sizzle Social, provided that:
the existing owner authorises the transfer;
the new owner is eligible to use the Platform;
required account information is updated;
any reasonable verification is completed; and
the transfer is not being used to evade enforcement, debt, fraud controls or another legal obligation.
What Sizzle Social Provides
Sizzle Social operates as a social media growth, digital promotion and digital-services platform.
Depending on current availability, services may include:
social media follower or subscriber services;
likes and other reaction services;
video, post, story, Live or other view services;
comments and engagement services;
shares, saves or other platform-specific interactions;
watch-time or related viewing services;
social media promotion services;
website or digital traffic-related services;
Digital Accounts or Social Logs;
account sourcing services;
API access;
reseller-related services;
tutorials and educational resources;
free tools or promotional services;
rewards, coupons or account benefits; and
other digital services introduced from time to time.
Not every service is available at all times.
The live Sizzle Social dashboard and individual service descriptions are the primary sources for current service availability, pricing, quantity ranges and service-specific conditions.
Sizzle Social Is Not Affiliated With Social Media Platforms
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sizzle Social is an independent service and is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Telegram or other third-party social or digital platforms.
Third-party platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Those platforms maintain their own terms, policies, algorithms, moderation systems and technical rules.
You are responsible for reviewing rules that apply to your own use of those third-party services.
Service Delivery Disclaimer, Liability & Damages
Sizzle Social provides digital and social media growth services in an environment that depends partly on third-party social networks, external service suppliers, APIs, payment infrastructure and other systems that are not entirely within our control.
For this reason, users must understand the operational limitations and risks described in this section before placing an order.
Compliance With Third-Party Social Media Platforms
You are responsible for using Sizzle Social in a manner that complies with the rules, terms, policies and applicable requirements of the social media or digital platform connected with your order.
This may include platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Audiomack and other third-party services supported by Sizzle Social from time to time.
Sizzle Social does not control the terms, enforcement policies, moderation systems, algorithms or technical rules of these platforms.
Our provision of a service does not constitute a representation that the service is approved, endorsed or authorised by the relevant third-party platform.
You are responsible for assessing whether a service is appropriate for your account and intended use.
Delivery Times Are Estimates Unless Expressly Guaranteed
Sizzle Social does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours unless a particular service expressly states that a specific delivery commitment applies.
Estimated start times, estimated completion times, average delivery times or similar timing information displayed on Sizzle Social are provided for planning purposes.
They are estimates and should not automatically be treated as fixed deadlines or service-level guarantees.
Actual delivery may be affected by factors including:
the service selected;
quantity ordered;
order queues;
supplier capacity;
API response times;
social platform updates;
temporary service instability;
geographical or targeting requirements;
third-party technical restrictions;
unusually high demand;
maintenance;
network disruption; and
circumstances outside Sizzle Social’s reasonable control.
A service taking longer than an estimated delivery time does not automatically mean that the order has failed.
However, Sizzle Social will not treat an order as capable of remaining unresolved indefinitely merely because a delivery time was described as an estimate.
Where an order becomes materially delayed, cannot reasonably be completed or remains unresolved beyond what is reasonable for the relevant service, it may be investigated and handled under the applicable cancellation, refund or complaint procedures.
Nothing in this section removes a consumer right that applies to materially delayed, unperformed or defective services under applicable law.
Processing Orders Are Not Automatically Refundable Because an Estimate Has Passed
Where an order is actively processing and remains capable of being completed, the fact that an estimated delivery period has passed does not by itself create an automatic right to cancellation or refund.
Before determining the appropriate remedy, Sizzle Social may investigate:
the current order status;
quantity already delivered;
supplier status;
whether delivery is continuing;
whether the destination remains valid and accessible;
whether the user changed relevant account information;
whether overlapping orders have affected measurement; and
whether the service can reasonably still be completed.
Where continued processing is no longer reasonable, or where another statutory or contractual right applies, the order will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Time-Sensitive Campaigns and Reseller Commitments
Users should not make promises to their own customers, clients or audiences based solely on Sizzle Social’s estimated delivery times.
This is particularly important for:
agencies;
resellers;
freelancers;
social media managers;
campaign managers;
musicians planning releases;
businesses operating launches; and
customers using another website or marketplace with strict delivery deadlines.
If you promise your own customer that a service will be delivered within a particular timeframe that Sizzle Social did not expressly guarantee, you accept responsibility for that separate promise.
To the extent permitted by law, Sizzle Social is not responsible for negative reviews, loss of a reseller customer, contractual penalties imposed by a user’s own customer, loss of anticipated profit or similar downstream consequences arising solely because a user represented an estimated delivery time as a guaranteed deadline.
This does not exclude liability where Sizzle Social itself is legally responsible for defective performance or another matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Prices May Change
Prices displayed by Sizzle Social may change as market conditions, supplier pricing, foreign exchange rates, service availability and other operational costs change.
We may change the price of a service without providing advance notice for future orders.
A price change will ordinarily not alter the amount already accepted for a valid order that has been submitted, except where:
there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
the original transaction was not successfully completed;
the order requires customer approval for a materially different service; or
another circumstance permitted by applicable law applies.
The current price shown before an order is submitted should therefore be reviewed before every purchase.
Previous prices do not create an entitlement to the same rate on future orders.
Equivalent Service Substitution
In some cases, a particular supplier or service source may become unavailable, unstable or unable to complete an order after submission.
Where reasonably necessary to fulfil the order, Sizzle Social may route or transfer the order to another supplier or technically equivalent service source.
Any replacement should, as far as reasonably practicable, remain materially consistent with the service originally purchased.
We will not use this provision to substitute a materially inferior or fundamentally different service without addressing the difference appropriately.
If a suitable equivalent is unavailable, the order may instead be cancelled, partially refunded, fully refunded or otherwise resolved in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
Third-Party Suppliers and API Fulfilment
Many Sizzle Social services may be sourced from independent digital suppliers around the world and fulfilled through APIs or other automated integrations.
This means that aspects of an order may depend on third-party systems.
Supplier information may influence:
whether an order has started;
current delivery quantity;
whether cancellation remains technically possible;
completion status;
refill status;
delivery errors; and
other order information.
Sizzle Social may rely on supplier records as part of an investigation, but supplier information is not necessarily the only factor we will consider where there is credible evidence of an error.
If an order was incorrectly placed by the customer and has already been accepted or delivered by an external supplier, cancellation may no longer be technically possible.
Where the supplier refuses cancellation because the service has already begun or been supplied, that fact may affect whether a voluntary cancellation or refund is available.
However, a supplier’s refusal to refund Sizzle Social does not automatically remove a refund or remedy that Sizzle Social is legally required to provide to the customer.
Supplier arrangements are a matter between Sizzle Social and its suppliers and do not override non-excludable consumer rights.
Social Media Algorithms and Platform Changes
Social media services operate within environments that can change without notice.
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X and other platforms may change:
algorithms;
spam detection;
engagement filtering;
follower verification;
recommendation systems;
view-counting methods;
API functionality;
account requirements;
content moderation;
geographic restrictions;
rate limits; and
other technical systems.
An algorithm or platform update may affect the speed, stability, retention or availability of a social growth service.
A service that performed consistently at one point may later:
deliver more slowly;
become temporarily unavailable;
experience higher drop rates;
require a different fulfilment method; or
cease functioning entirely.
Sizzle Social cannot prevent or reverse independent algorithmic changes made by third-party platforms.
Where a change occurs, we may:
pause the affected service;
change suppliers;
update the service description;
change pricing;
discontinue the service;
provide an equivalent service where appropriate; or
resolve affected orders in accordance with the applicable order and refund rules.
Drops, Reductions and Retention
Social media activity delivered through Sizzle Social is not guaranteed to remain permanently unless the specific service expressly provides a particular retention or refill commitment.
Followers may unfollow or be removed.
Accounts may be suspended or deleted.
Likes, views, comments, shares and other engagement may be recounted, filtered or removed by the underlying platform.
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms may independently adjust metrics after delivery.
Accordingly, Sizzle Social does not guarantee lifetime retention of followers, subscribers, views, likes, comments, shares, watch activity or another social metric.
Where a service includes a refill guarantee, the applicable refill period and conditions will be stated in the service information or relevant policy.
A reduction after valid delivery is not necessarily the same as non-delivery.
The applicable service description, refill terms, evidence of original delivery and circumstances surrounding the drop will be considered when reviewing a complaint.
Account Suspension, Content Removal and Third-Party Enforcement
Sizzle Social does not control whether a third-party social platform:
suspends an account;
restricts an account;
removes a post;
deletes an image or video;
reduces reach;
removes followers;
removes engagement;
blocks monetisation;
limits recommendations;
changes verification status; or
takes another enforcement action.
To the extent permitted by law, Sizzle Social is not responsible for an independent enforcement decision made solely by a third-party platform.
Users acknowledge that social platforms may enforce their own rules regardless of whether the user obtained a service through Sizzle Social.
This disclaimer does not apply where a loss is legally attributable to Sizzle Social’s own negligence, material misrepresentation, defective performance or another form of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Users Must Read Every Service Description
Before submitting an order, you are expected to read the current service description carefully.
You should pay particular attention to:
required link format;
estimated start time;
estimated delivery duration;
minimum and maximum quantity;
geographical targeting;
service type;
quality classification;
refill conditions;
retention information;
restrictions;
special instructions; and
any warning displayed for that service.
Different services can have different conditions even when they relate to the same social media platform or metric.
A user’s failure to read clearly disclosed service information may affect voluntary cancellation, refill, replacement or refund eligibility where that failure caused or materially contributed to the issue.
This does not remove statutory rights relating to inaccurate descriptions, defective performance, non-delivery or another matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cheap, Normal Quality, Best Quality, Emergency and No-Refill Services
Some services may be specifically categorised as Cheap, Normal Quality, Best Quality, Emergency, No Refill or another category indicating different characteristics or limitations.
These services may:
use different fulfilment sources;
have different quality characteristics;
carry a higher risk of drops;
have no refill commitment;
include fewer targeting options; or
otherwise differ from premium or higher-priced alternatives.
Where these limitations are clearly disclosed before purchase, you should take them into account when deciding whether the service is appropriate for you.
Sizzle Social does not provide an additional voluntary quality, retention or refill guarantee for a service that is expressly sold without one.
However, describing a service under certain categories does not permit Sizzle Social to avoid remedies that applicable law requires for complete non-performance, material misdescription or other legally protected circumstances.
Promotional Purpose of Social Media Growth Services
Sizzle Social growth services are primarily intended to support aspects of online visibility, reach, engagement, audience size, social proof and public appearance, depending on the service purchased.
They should not be interpreted as guarantees of genuine commercial performance.
For example, purchasing followers does not guarantee that those followers will:
become customers;
purchase a product;
comment on future posts;
like future posts;
visit a website;
join a mailing list;
attend an event; or
independently interact with the account.
Likewise, purchasing views does not guarantee:
organic recommendations;
future organic views;
monetisation approval;
viral distribution;
sales;
revenue; or
improved search or recommendation placement.
Sizzle Social guarantees only those characteristics expressly stated in the applicable service description and subject to the conditions attached to that service.
Account Appearance and Profile Characteristics
Where a growth service is fulfilled using social media profiles or accounts, Sizzle Social does not guarantee that every profile involved will have:
a profile photograph;
a complete biography;
uploaded posts;
a particular account age;
existing followers;
previous engagement;
a particular country of origin; or
another profile characteristic,
unless that characteristic is expressly stated in the service description.
We may offer services with different quality or profile characteristics, and users should select the category that matches their requirements.
Sizzle Social Does Not Guarantee Business Results
Sizzle Social provides digital growth and promotional services.
We do not guarantee that purchasing a service will produce:
increased revenue;
profit;
customer acquisition;
brand partnerships;
sponsorships;
advertising approval;
monetisation;
platform verification;
organic ranking;
viral content;
improved conversion rates; or
another business outcome.
The customer remains responsible for their own:
content quality;
marketing strategy;
customer service;
pricing;
brand reputation;
advertising decisions;
third-party platform compliance; and
business decisions.
Responsibility for Customer-Caused Order Problems
Sizzle Social may be unable to provide a voluntary refund, refill or replacement where an order problem is directly caused by the customer’s failure to comply with clearly disclosed instructions.
Examples include:
providing the wrong link;
changing a username while an order is processing;
making an account private;
deleting the destination;
placing overlapping orders that prevent delivery verification;
blocking access to the destination;
altering Digital Account credentials contrary to applicable instructions; or
providing inaccurate information required for fulfilment.
Any limitation will apply only to the extent the customer’s action caused or materially contributed to the problem.
Damages and Business Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sizzle Social will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from risks outside Sizzle Social’s reasonable control or from outcomes that were not promised as part of the purchased service.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
loss of anticipated profits;
loss of expected sales;
loss of prospective customers;
lost business opportunities;
reputational consequences;
negative reviews received by a reseller from its own customers;
loss caused by relying on an estimated delivery time as a guaranteed deadline;
changes in social platform reach;
losses caused by independent third-party platform enforcement;
removal of content by a social platform;
algorithm changes;
supplier outages; or
failure to achieve an organic or commercial result that Sizzle Social did not guarantee.
Where a user operates as an agency, reseller or intermediary, Sizzle Social is not automatically responsible for promises, warranties, deadlines or guarantees that the user independently gives to their own customer beyond the commitments Sizzle Social itself made.
No Exclusion of Liability That Cannot Lawfully Be Excluded
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive liability or consumer remedies where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, nothing in this Service Delivery Disclaimer should be interpreted as excluding liability for:
fraud;
wilful misconduct;
material misrepresentation;
negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;
defective performance where statutory liability applies;
failure to provide a paid service where a statutory remedy applies; or
another obligation or remedy that applicable law does not permit Sizzle Social to exclude.
Where a service has not been properly performed, the appropriate remedy may include completion, correction, replacement, refund, partial refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Relationship With the Refund Policy
This section explains operational risks and limitations. It does not replace the Sizzle Social Refund Policy.
Where an order is:
cancelled;
not delivered;
materially delayed;
partially delivered;
incorrectly delivered;
materially different from its description; or
affected by another issue for which a remedy may apply,
the circumstances will be assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
All requests for refunds must be submitted through the dedicated Sizzle Social Refund Request page.
The fact that an order depends on a third-party supplier, API, social network or algorithm will be relevant to the investigation, but it will not automatically remove a remedy that the customer is legally entitled to receive.
Third-Party Platform Risk
Some Sizzle Social services relate to independent third-party platforms whose systems, rules and algorithms are outside our control.
Third-party platforms may:
change algorithms;
alter engagement-counting methods;
remove content;
remove followers or interactions;
restrict accounts;
suspend accounts;
modify APIs;
introduce new detection systems;
change privacy requirements;
change technical limits; or
discontinue features.
Sizzle Social does not control these decisions.
Use of a third-party growth or promotional service may carry risks under the relevant third-party platform’s terms.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular service is suitable for your account and for understanding applicable third-party rules.
We do not guarantee that use of a Sizzle Social service will prevent a third-party platform from taking action against an account or content.
Read the Service Description Before Ordering
Every user is responsible for reviewing the current service description before submitting an order.
Service descriptions may contain important information about:
the required link format;
service quantity;
estimated start time;
estimated delivery behaviour;
refill availability;
retention expectations;
geographical targeting where applicable;
service quality category;
limitations;
eligibility requirements; and
special instructions.
The service description in effect at the time you submit an order forms part of the agreement for that particular order.
Do not assume that two services with similar names have identical rules.
Service Categories and Quality Levels
Sizzle Social may offer multiple options for similar services.
Some services may be identified using descriptions such as:
premium;
high quality;
standard;
economy;
cheap;
- normal quality;
- best quality;
emergency;
no-refill; or
another category shown in the current dashboard.
These labels may indicate different characteristics, sources, prices, delivery behaviour, retention expectations or support conditions.
A lower-priced or specialised service may carry limitations that do not apply to another category.
Where a service expressly states that it does not include a refill, retention or quality guarantee, that limitation applies to the extent permitted by law.
Such service-specific disclosures do not remove statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies arising from complete non-performance or material misdescription where applicable.
Correct Order Information Is Your Responsibility
You must submit the correct destination for an order.
Depending on the service, this may include:
username;
profile URL;
page URL;
post URL;
Reel URL;
video URL;
channel URL;
tweet/post URL;
Telegram link;
music URL;
website URL; or
another destination stated in the service description.
You should verify the information before submitting the order.
Sizzle Social may not be able to redirect an order after processing has started.
Where an incorrect destination supplied by the user causes the service to be delivered somewhere else, the order may not qualify for a voluntary refund, cancellation or replacement, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Public, Private, Restricted and Invalid Destinations
Certain services require the target account, page, post, video or other destination to remain publicly accessible.
An order may be interrupted, delayed or made impossible if you:
make an account private;
restrict access;
disable the page;
remove the post or video;
suspend or deactivate the destination;
change the username;
change the relevant URL;
block visibility;
place the destination under review; or
otherwise make it inaccessible.
Where an order fails because the user changed or restricted the destination after ordering, support, refill or voluntary refund eligibility may be limited.
This limitation applies only to the extent the user’s action caused or materially contributed to the problem and does not remove any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Username Changes
Where a service depends on a particular username, profile or public destination, you should not change that identifier while the order is processing or during any applicable refill period.
Changing a username can prevent suppliers and systems from verifying previous delivery.
Where a refill or support request cannot reasonably be verified because the user changed the relevant username after ordering, Sizzle Social may be unable to provide that refill or support.
Duplicate and Overlapping Orders
You should not place multiple orders for the same service against the same destination while an earlier order is still processing unless the service information expressly permits it.
You should also avoid ordering substantially similar services from multiple providers against the same destination at the same time.
Overlapping orders can make it impossible to determine which provider delivered particular followers, likes, views or other activity.
Where the user creates this measurement conflict, Sizzle Social may be unable to accurately investigate delivery, cancellation or refill requests.
This does not affect remedies relating to a separately identifiable failure where applicable.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Sizzle Social has irrevocably accepted it.
An order may be rejected, cancelled or held where necessary because of:
invalid information;
unavailable service inventory;
technical problems;
suspected fraud;
insufficient balance;
violation of these Terms;
unsupported destination;
supplier failure;
pricing or system errors; or
another legitimate operational or legal reason.
Where payment or wallet value has been applied to an order that cannot be supplied, the matter will be handled under the applicable Refund Policy and Billing, Wallet & Payment Policy.
Service Delivery Times
Delivery times displayed by Sizzle Social are generally estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery can depend on:
service type;
quantity;
supplier availability;
third-party platform behaviour;
network conditions;
API availability;
order queues;
service updates; and
other operational factors.
Sizzle Social does not guarantee that every service will begin or complete within the same period.
However, this does not mean that an order can remain unresolved indefinitely.
Where a service is materially delayed, unavailable or not delivered, users may be entitled to appropriate investigation, cancellation, refund, partial refund or another remedy under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Third-Party Suppliers and API Fulfillment
Some Sizzle Social services are sourced or fulfilled through third-party digital suppliers, including providers operating through APIs.
This allows Sizzle Social to provide a wider service catalogue.
Order status information may therefore depend partly on information received from those suppliers.
Sizzle Social may communicate with suppliers, retry an order, investigate delivery information, use another appropriate fulfilment source or take another reasonable action to complete or resolve an order.
Where technically appropriate, we may route an order through a different supplier or equivalent fulfilment source provided that the resulting service remains materially consistent with what the user purchased.
We will not rely solely on a supplier’s refusal to refund as a basis for denying a remedy that Sizzle Social is legally required to provide to a consumer.
Service Drops and Retention
Social-media metrics can change after delivery.
Followers may unfollow or be removed.
Likes, comments, views or other interactions may be removed, adjusted or recounted by a third-party platform.
Accounts used to deliver engagement may also be deleted or restricted by the underlying social network.
Sizzle Social therefore does not guarantee lifetime retention unless the particular service expressly provides such a guarantee.
Where a service includes a refill guarantee, the service description or applicable policy will explain the relevant conditions.
Where no refill is included, the user should take that limitation into account before ordering.
A decrease after valid delivery is different from complete non-delivery and will be assessed according to the particular service terms.
Refills
Some services include refill support and others do not.
Where refill support exists, eligibility may depend on conditions including:
the refill period;
the service purchased;
whether the destination remains public;
whether the username remains unchanged;
whether overlapping services were used;
whether the original delivery can still be verified; and
other conditions shown in the service description.
A refill is not the same as a refund.
The availability of a refill does not remove any refund or consumer remedy that is separately required by applicable law.
Results We Do Not Guarantee
Sizzle Social provides promotional and growth support.
Unless a particular service expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee:
organic engagement from delivered followers;
that followers will become customers;
sales;
revenue;
brand deals;
monetisation approval;
search rankings;
recommendation-algorithm placement;
virality;
appearance on a particular discovery feed;
future reach;
future engagement;
continued retention for life; or
any particular commercial outcome.
A service that provides followers does not necessarily guarantee those followers will independently interact with future content.
Likewise, purchasing views or engagement does not guarantee that a third-party platform will recommend the content organically.
Social Media Account Characteristics
Where a service involves profiles or accounts used in delivering social growth, the characteristics of those accounts may vary unless the service description states specific criteria.
Sizzle Social does not guarantee that every account involved in a service will contain:
a profile photograph;
biography;
posts;
a particular account age;
a particular engagement history; or
another characteristic,
unless such a feature is specifically stated as part of the purchased service.
Prices
Prices displayed on Sizzle Social may change over time.
Prices can be affected by:
supplier costs;
exchange rates;
market conditions;
service availability;
technical changes;
platform conditions; and
other commercial factors.
A price change generally applies prospectively.
The price displayed and accepted when a valid order is submitted ordinarily governs that order, subject to obvious technical or pricing errors and applicable law.
We may introduce, remove or modify services and pricing without guaranteeing that a previously available price will remain available for future orders.
Prepaid Services and Wallet Funding
Sizzle Social primarily operates using prepaid services.
Users may fund a wallet and use available wallet value to place orders.
Wallet funding, promotional credits, refunds, withdrawals where applicable, duplicate payments, reversals and related issues are governed in greater detail by our Billing, Wallet & Payment Policy.
The existence of money in a wallet should not automatically be treated as identical to the purchase of a completed service.
Our legal framework distinguishes between:
customer-funded wallet balance;
promotional or bonus credit;
value committed to an order;
refundable order value; and
completed service value.
Payment Methods
Payment methods available through Sizzle Social may change.
Depending on current availability, payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, banks, virtual accounts, cryptocurrency providers or other approved payment channels.
Do not send money to an unofficial payment destination.
Where a manual transfer option is available, users must follow the official confirmation procedure provided by Sizzle Social.
Payment processors and financial institutions may maintain their own rules and privacy policies.
Payment Verification
A successful debit from your bank or payment account does not always mean that Sizzle Social has successfully received and verified the transaction.
Payments can sometimes remain pending, fail during processing, be reversed or require additional verification.
Where a payment issue occurs, Sizzle Social may request information such as:
transaction reference;
amount;
date;
proof of payment; or
other information reasonably required to identify the transaction.
You must not submit falsified payment evidence.
Fraudulent Payments
You must not use:
stolen cards;
compromised bank accounts;
unauthorised payment instruments;
falsified transfer evidence;
manipulated transaction references;
fraudulent reversals; or
another payment method you are not authorised to use.
Suspected fraudulent transactions may result in:
investigation;
delayed wallet credit;
account restriction;
cancellation;
reporting to the relevant financial institution;
reporting to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate; or
other lawful action.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the payment, wallet funding or service order.
Matters that may be considered include:
whether a service was delivered;
whether an order was cancelled;
whether an order was only partially fulfilled;
whether the service was materially different from its description;
whether the customer caused the failure;
whether the balance consists of customer-funded money or promotional credit;
whether a duplicate payment occurred;
whether another remedy is more appropriate; and
any applicable consumer right.
The complete rules are contained in our Refund Policy.
All refund requests must be submitted through the dedicated Sizzle Social Refund Request page.
Submission of a request does not automatically mean that the request has been approved.
A request may be approved, partially approved, declined or placed under further review depending on the facts and applicable rights.
Completed Services and Change of Mind
Digital services that have already been validly performed cannot ordinarily be returned in the same way as unused physical goods.
A user is therefore not automatically entitled to a refund merely because:
they later change their mind;
they no longer want the completed service;
their marketing objective changes;
expected organic engagement does not occur;
they do not achieve a commercial outcome that was never guaranteed; or
a third-party algorithm later changes.
This does not affect rights arising from non-performance, defective performance, material misrepresentation or another circumstance protected by applicable law.
Cancelled, Failed and Partially Delivered Orders
Where an order cannot be performed, is cancelled or is only partially fulfilled, Sizzle Social will assess the appropriate remedy under the Refund Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
retrying or completing the service;
correcting the problem;
replacing the service where appropriate;
restoring qualifying value to the wallet;
providing a partial refund;
providing a full refund; or
another remedy required or permitted by law.
The remedy will depend on what actually occurred.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a transaction is unauthorised, duplicated, incorrectly processed or connected with an unresolved service issue, we encourage you to use the appropriate Sizzle Social support, refund or complaint process first where reasonably possible.
Nothing in these Terms removes a legal right you may have to raise a genuine dispute with your bank, payment provider or regulator.
However, you must not misuse the chargeback or payment-dispute process.
Examples of abuse include:
disputing a payment you knowingly authorised after receiving the purchased service;
seeking both a refund and a chargeback for the same value;
making knowingly false fraud claims; or
repeatedly using disputes to avoid legitimate payment obligations.
Where a payment dispute is opened, we may temporarily restrict the affected account or transaction while the matter is investigated.
A pending chargeback may also pause a duplicate refund request until it is clear that the customer cannot recover the same payment twice.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account restriction or termination.
Promotions, Coupons, Rewards and Account Benefits
Sizzle Social may offer:
coupon codes;
discounts;
rewards;
promotional credits;
account tiers;
referral benefits; or
other promotional programmes.
These may be subject to separate rules, including:
minimum order value;
expiry date;
eligible services;
excluded services;
per-user limits;
global usage limits;
account eligibility; and
anti-abuse conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional credits and non-cash rewards have no cash withdrawal value.
Users must not create duplicate accounts or manipulate programme rules to obtain benefits they are not eligible to receive.
Digital Accounts and Digital Products
Sizzle Social may provide Digital Accounts, Social Logs or other digital products.
These products have operational risks and requirements that differ from ordinary growth services.
Users must carefully review:
the product description;
included credentials;
delivery information;
warranty or replacement conditions;
support period;
account-access instructions; and
any prohibited actions.
Where a product specifically instructs the customer not to reset, recover or alter certain credentials, ignoring that instruction may interfere with our ability to verify or support the product.
Where an issue is caused by prohibited credential changes or other customer actions after delivery, support, warranty, replacement or voluntary refund eligibility may be affected to the extent permitted by law.
Full rules are contained in the Digital Accounts & Digital Products Policy.
API and Reseller Use
Sizzle Social may provide API or reseller functionality to eligible users.
API users must keep authentication credentials secure and must not expose API keys publicly.
Resellers and agencies remain responsible for:
their own relationships with customers;
representations they make to customers;
prices they charge;
promises they make;
compliance with applicable laws; and
ensuring downstream customers understand relevant service limitations.
A reseller must not promise results, delivery guarantees, refill guarantees or other conditions that Sizzle Social itself has not provided.
Additional rules are contained in our API & Reseller Terms.
Acceptable Use
You must use Sizzle Social lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use the Platform to:
commit fraud;
hack or compromise systems;
distribute malware;
obtain unauthorised access;
manipulate payment systems;
submit fake orders;
scrape or extract data using unauthorised automated systems;
abuse APIs;
impersonate others;
violate intellectual-property rights;
send unlawful spam;
threaten or harass others;
distribute unlawful content; or
engage in other prohibited conduct.
Detailed rules are provided in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Automated Access
You may not use robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers or other automated systems to access, copy or extract information from Sizzle Social unless:
the functionality is provided by us;
it occurs through an authorised API; or
we have otherwise granted permission.
This restriction does not apply where applicable law creates a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Conduct Towards Staff and Other Users
Sizzle Social welcomes complaints, criticism and disagreement.
Criticising a service or submitting a complaint is not prohibited.
However, users must not engage in serious abusive conduct such as:
threats;
harassment;
hate speech;
repeated targeted abuse;
intimidation;
doxxing;
attempts to compromise staff accounts; or
other conduct that creates a genuine safety or security concern.
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in communication restrictions, account suspension or termination.
User Content and Information
Where you submit content, files, screenshots, links, messages or other material to Sizzle Social, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it.
You retain ownership of content that belongs to you.
You grant Sizzle Social a limited right to use submitted material as reasonably necessary to:
provide the requested service;
investigate an order;
provide support;
process a complaint;
investigate fraud;
comply with law; or
otherwise operate the Platform consistently with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of your independent social media content merely because you submit a URL to us.
Intellectual Property
The Sizzle Social website, software, branding, designs, written materials, logos, interfaces and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Sizzle Digital Technologies unless stated otherwise.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, licence, scrape or commercially exploit protected Sizzle Social materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party trademarks displayed in connection with supported social platforms belong to their respective owners.
Copyright and trademark complaints are handled under our Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by the Sizzle Social Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains matters including:
account information;
order information;
transaction information;
cookies;
technical logs;
service providers;
data retention;
data security;
international transfers; and
user privacy rights.
Privacy rights and deletion requests should be handled through the Data Rights & Privacy Requests process.
The privacy provisions previously embedded directly inside the old Terms of Service are superseded by the dedicated Privacy Policy.
Communications
Email is an important communication channel for Sizzle Social.
We may contact you about:
account activity;
payments;
orders;
security matters;
support tickets;
refunds;
policy changes;
system changes; and
other operational matters.
Where permitted, we may also send marketing communications.
Marketing preferences are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable consent or opt-out requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your registered email address accurate.
Customer Support
Sizzle Social provides support through the channels currently made available on the Platform.
When requesting help, users should provide accurate information that allows the issue to be investigated.
For an existing order, this may include the order ID.
For a payment issue, it may include the transaction reference.
For a technical issue, screenshots or other evidence may be helpful.
Providing false or manipulated evidence can result in restriction or investigation.
Complaints
Users may raise complaints relating to:
service delivery;
payments;
account access;
customer service;
Digital Accounts;
privacy;
platform conduct; or
another Sizzle Social issue.
Formal complaints are handled under our Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy.
Refund requests must instead be submitted through the dedicated Refund Request page.
Users retain any right they may have to approach a competent regulator or other authority.
System Maintenance and Updates
Sizzle Social may update, maintain, repair or modify its systems.
This may include:
bug fixes;
security updates;
database maintenance;
interface changes;
infrastructure changes;
feature additions;
feature removals; and
performance improvements.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice of planned maintenance likely to materially affect access.
Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice.
We do not guarantee that every update will be free from temporary technical issues.
Availability of the Platform
We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruption may occur because of:
hosting failures;
internet outages;
database problems;
security incidents;
maintenance;
payment-provider outages;
third-party API failures;
social-platform outages;
cyberattacks;
power or network failures; or
events beyond reasonable control.
Where an interruption affects a paid transaction or service, the matter will be assessed according to the relevant service and refund rules.
Suspension and Termination
Sizzle Social may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:
fraud;
serious violation of these Terms;
unlawful activity;
abusive payment disputes;
security risk;
unauthorised access;
API abuse;
repeated prohibited conduct;
material harm to the Platform or other users;
a lawful authority request; or
another legitimate enforcement reason.
Where circumstances permit, we may give notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Immediate restriction may be necessary for fraud, security or serious abuse.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.
Outstanding refunds, complaints, investigations, legal records or statutory rights will continue to be handled where applicable.
Effect of Account Closure
Closing an account may prevent further use of the Platform.
Account closure does not necessarily erase all information immediately.
Records may need to be retained for:
completed transactions;
tax and accounting;
fraud prevention;
disputes;
refunds;
regulatory obligations;
legal claims; or
data-protection compliance.
Privacy-related deletion requests are governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Rights Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sizzle Social is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
the Platform will always be uninterrupted;
every third-party service will remain available;
social networks will not change their algorithms;
third-party APIs will remain unchanged;
every promotional service will produce organic engagement;
every service will achieve a user’s independent business objective; or
technical systems will never experience errors.
However, nothing in this section removes any statutory guarantee, duty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Where Sizzle Social is legally required to provide a service to a particular standard, these Terms do not override that requirement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sizzle Social will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably attributable to a breach by Sizzle Social.
Examples may include:
lost anticipated profits;
lost business opportunities;
loss arising solely from a third-party platform decision;
loss caused by inaccurate instructions supplied by the user; or
loss resulting from a user’s violation of third-party platform rules.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, material misrepresentation, negligence or defective performance where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
The purpose of this section is to allocate risks reasonably, not to remove rights granted by Nigerian consumer-protection law.
Third-Party Acts
Sizzle Social is not responsible for independent acts taken solely by third parties outside our reasonable control, including decisions by:
social media platforms;
banks;
payment processors;
telecommunications providers;
hosting companies;
internet service providers; or
other independent systems.
However, where Sizzle Social remains legally responsible to a consumer despite relying on a third-party supplier, the existence of that supplier does not automatically eliminate our obligations.
User Responsibility and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or third-party claims caused by your own:
unlawful use of Sizzle Social;
infringement of another person’s intellectual property;
fraud;
deliberate misuse of the Platform;
unauthorised content;
breach of these Terms; or
misuse of API or reseller functionality.
Where legally appropriate, you agree to indemnify Sizzle Social against reasonable third-party claims arising directly from such conduct.
This indemnity does not apply to losses caused by Sizzle Social’s own conduct where liability cannot lawfully be shifted to the user.
Force Majeure and Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Neither party will be treated as breaching these Terms solely because performance is prevented or materially delayed by an event genuinely beyond reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Such events may include:
widespread internet outages;
government action;
civil disturbance;
natural disasters;
major infrastructure failure;
cyber incidents;
third-party platform outages; or
other comparable events.
This section does not remove rights that arise where payment has been accepted but a service ultimately cannot be provided.
Changes to Services
We may modify, replace or discontinue a feature or service where necessary.
Where a future service is discontinued, we are not required to continue offering it indefinitely.
Where a paid order has already been accepted, discontinuation will be handled according to the status of that particular order and applicable refund rights.
We may also improve how an existing service is fulfilled provided the resulting service remains materially consistent with its description.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
legal changes;
regulatory requirements;
new products;
platform changes;
security requirements;
changes to our business model; or
improvements to our policies.
The Last Updated date will identify the current version.
Where a change is material and notification is required or reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice through:
the website;
dashboard;
email; or
another appropriate method.
Changes will ordinarily apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
We will not use a later amendment merely to remove a right that had already accrued in relation to a completed transaction where doing so would be unlawful.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, remove or restrict a right that a consumer has under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or another applicable law where such a right cannot legally be waived.
Depending on the circumstances, consumer remedies may include:
correction of defective performance;
completion of an unperformed obligation;
refund;
partial refund;
another appropriate remedy; or
access to a regulatory or judicial complaint process.
Contractual limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent legally permitted.
Resolving Disputes With Sizzle Social
We encourage users to give Sizzle Social a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve a problem before commencing formal proceedings where doing so is practical.
Depending on the issue, the appropriate first route may be:
Customer Support;
the Refund Request process;
the Complaints process; or
the Data Rights process.
When a complaint cannot be resolved internally, nothing in these Terms prevents a party from exercising rights available under applicable law.
Consumers may also have rights to approach the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) or another competent authority.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or privacy right that may apply under another applicable jurisdiction.
Disputes that are not otherwise resolved may be brought before a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
Severability
If a court or competent authority determines that a particular provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
Where appropriate, an invalid provision should be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
No Waiver
If Sizzle Social does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean we have permanently waived our right to enforce it later.
Likewise, granting an exception in one situation does not necessarily create an entitlement to the same exception in another situation.
Assignment
You may not transfer your contractual obligations under these Terms in a manner that creates legal or security risk without any approval reasonably required by Sizzle Social.
Sizzle Social may transfer or restructure its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate corporate reorganisation, merger, acquisition, transfer of business or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with:
the policies incorporated by reference;
the applicable service description;
any specific product terms; and
any other terms expressly agreed for a particular transaction,
constitute the agreement between you and Sizzle Social concerning the relevant use of the Platform.
They replace earlier versions of the Sizzle Social Terms of Service from the date this version becomes effective.
Order of Precedence
If two applicable documents appear to conflict, they should be interpreted together where reasonably possible.
Where a true conflict remains:
mandatory applicable law takes priority;
specific terms expressly agreed for the particular transaction take priority over general terms;
the relevant specialist Sizzle Social legal policy takes priority for its specific subject matter; and
these general Terms apply to the remaining issues.
For example, the Refund Policy controls the detailed refund process, while these Terms establish the wider contractual relationship.
