Actionable Feedback Policy

Table of Contents

Introduction

At Sizzle Social, feedback helps us understand what is working, identify what needs improvement and make better decisions about our Platform, Services, content and customer experience.

We welcome thoughtful feedback from customers, readers, creators, businesses, agencies, resellers, partners and other people who interact with Sizzle Social.

This Actionable Feedback Policy explains how feedback may be submitted, how we evaluate it and what happens when feedback identifies something that should be changed.

Why Feedback Matters

Useful feedback gives us information that may not always be visible from internal systems or performance data alone.

Feedback can help us:

  • identify confusing Platform experiences;

  • improve Service information and instructions;

  • discover outdated or inaccurate content;

  • understand recurring customer frustrations;

  • identify missing features or useful improvements;

  • improve support processes;

  • make policies easier to understand;

  • identify accessibility or usability issues;

  • recognise areas where communication could be clearer; and

  • understand what customers and readers value most.

We consider feedback an important part of improving Sizzle Social over time.

What We Mean by Actionable Feedback

Feedback That Can Be Evaluated

“Actionable Feedback” means feedback containing enough information for Sizzle Social to understand the concern, suggestion or opportunity and reasonably consider whether action should be taken.

Useful feedback does not need to be lengthy.

It is generally most helpful when it explains:

  • what happened;

  • where it happened;

  • what the person expected;

  • what created difficulty or confusion;

  • why a change may be useful; and

  • what improvement is being suggested, where applicable.

Positive feedback can also be actionable where it helps us identify features, processes or content that users find particularly valuable.

Types of Feedback We Welcome

Platform and Product Feedback

We welcome feedback concerning the Sizzle Social Platform, including:

  • usability;

  • navigation;

  • dashboard experience;

  • ordering processes;

  • Wallet functionality;

  • mobile experience;

  • accessibility;

  • performance;

  • technical issues;

  • new feature suggestions; and

  • improvements to existing functionality.

Service Feedback

Customers may provide feedback concerning:

  • Service descriptions;

  • ordering requirements;

  • delivery experience;

  • Service categories;

  • instructions;

  • expectations;

  • product availability; and

  • areas where additional explanation would be useful.

Editorial and Content Feedback

Readers are encouraged to identify concerns relating to published Sizzle Social content.

This may include:

  • factual inaccuracies;

  • outdated information;

  • broken links;

  • unclear explanations;

  • missing context;

  • potentially misleading statements;

  • useful additional sources; or

  • suggestions for future content.

Material factual errors are handled in accordance with the Sizzle Social Corrections Policy.

Customer Support Feedback

Feedback concerning customer support may address:

  • response quality;

  • clarity;

  • helpfulness;

  • support processes;

  • ease of obtaining assistance;

  • recurring problems; or

  • opportunities to improve customer communication.

Policy and Transparency Feedback

We also welcome feedback concerning:

  • legal policies;

  • privacy information;

  • publishing standards;

  • transparency pages;

  • accessibility of important information; and

  • wording that may be unnecessarily confusing.

How to Submit Feedback

Official Feedback Channels

Feedback may be submitted through Sizzle Social’s official contact and support channels.

Email: contact@sizzlesocial.ng

Support Portal: https://sizzlesocial.ng/contact/ticket/

Where the feedback concerns a particular article or page, including the relevant page URL helps us identify the material quickly.

Where feedback concerns an Account, Order or transaction, the relevant Order ID or other reference may also be useful.

Public Feedback

We may also become aware of feedback through:

  • social media;

  • reviews;

  • public comments;

  • community discussions; or

  • other public channels.

However, public comments are not always monitored as formal feedback channels.

Where a matter requires investigation, personal information or Account-specific assistance, we may ask the person to continue through an official private support channel.

How We Review Feedback

Initial Assessment

Feedback may be reviewed according to:

  • relevance;

  • specificity;

  • potential impact;

  • frequency of similar feedback;

  • supporting evidence;

  • technical feasibility;

  • user benefit;

  • operational implications;

  • legal requirements; and

  • alignment with Sizzle Social’s products and objectives.

Not every suggestion will result in a change, but relevant feedback may still contribute to future decisions.

Routing to the Appropriate Area

Feedback may be directed to the area best positioned to evaluate it.

Depending on the subject, this may involve review relating to:

  • content;

  • customer support;

  • product development;

  • Platform operations;

  • payments;

  • Services;

  • security;

  • legal and compliance; or

  • management.

How Feedback May Lead to Action

Possible Outcomes

Where feedback identifies a useful improvement, action may include:

  • correcting published information;

  • updating an article;

  • clarifying a Service description;

  • changing instructions;

  • repairing a broken feature;

  • improving a workflow;

  • modifying a support process;

  • improving an interface;

  • adding documentation;

  • reviewing a Service or supplier;

  • considering a new feature;

  • updating a Policy; or

  • making another appropriate operational change.

The nature and timing of any action will depend upon the issue involved.

Feedback Does Not Guarantee Implementation

Submission of a suggestion does not create an obligation for Sizzle Social to implement it.

A suggestion may not be implemented because of:

  • technical limitations;

  • security concerns;

  • legal requirements;

  • resource priorities;

  • conflicting customer needs;

  • product strategy;

  • third-party platform restrictions;

  • feasibility; or

  • another legitimate consideration.

Where we do not implement feedback, this does not necessarily mean that the feedback was ignored.

Feedback Trends and Recurring Issues

Looking Beyond Individual Reports

A single piece of feedback may identify an isolated issue.

Repeated feedback may reveal a wider pattern.

Where appropriate, Sizzle Social may review feedback collectively to identify recurring concerns involving:

  • particular Services;

  • Platform features;

  • customer-support processes;

  • payment experiences;

  • confusing information;

  • technical problems;

  • content gaps; or

  • other systemic issues.

Addressing the underlying cause of a recurring problem may be more useful than resolving each occurrence independently.

Editorial Feedback and Corrections

Reporting Content Errors

Where feedback identifies a possible factual error in published content, we aim to review the underlying information rather than simply accepting or rejecting the report based on opinion.

Relevant sources may be checked to determine whether the content:

  • remains accurate;

  • requires clarification;

  • has become outdated;

  • contains a material error; or

  • should be updated for additional context.

Material corrections are governed by our Corrections Policy.

Disagreement Is Not Necessarily an Error

Not every disagreement with an article requires a correction.

Content may contain:

  • analysis;

  • interpretation;

  • editorial judgement;

  • opinion; or

  • recommendations

about which reasonable people may disagree.

Where a factual statement is accurate but disputed because of differing opinion, a correction may not be necessary.

Feature Requests and Product Suggestions

Suggestions for New Features

Users may suggest new Platform features, Services, integrations or improvements.

Feature requests may be considered alongside:

  • demand from other Users;

  • development priorities;

  • technical complexity;

  • security;

  • maintenance requirements;

  • cost;

  • regulatory requirements; and

  • overall product strategy.

We do not guarantee that a requested feature will be developed or provide a particular implementation timeline unless one has formally been announced.

Feedback About Third-Party Services

External Platforms and Providers

Some feedback may concern:

  • social media platforms;

  • Payment Providers;

  • suppliers;

  • hosting providers;

  • external integrations; or

  • other independent services.

Where Sizzle Social controls the affected process, the feedback may inform our own improvements.

Where the matter is controlled entirely by an independent third party, Sizzle Social may have limited ability to implement the requested change.

Feedback Is Different From a Formal Complaint

General Feedback

Feedback is generally intended to help us improve our products, Services, content or processes.

Formal Complaints

Where a person seeks formal investigation or redress concerning a specific unresolved problem, the matter may constitute a Complaint rather than general feedback.

Formal Complaints are governed by the Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy.

A person does not lose the right to make a formal Complaint merely because they previously submitted feedback about the same issue.

Feedback Is Different From a Refund Request

Refunds

Feedback about a failed or unsatisfactory transaction does not automatically constitute a formal Refund Request.

Where a customer seeks an External Refund, the applicable request should be submitted through:

Sizzle Social Refund Request Page

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

Privacy and Security Reports

Privacy Matters

A request to exercise a statutory privacy right should be submitted under the Data Rights & Privacy Requests Policy rather than relying solely on general feedback.

Security Issues

Potential security vulnerabilities, compromised Accounts or urgent security concerns should be reported through an appropriate Sizzle Social support channel rather than posted publicly where disclosure could increase risk.

General feedback channels should not be used to publish:

  • passwords;

  • API keys;

  • OTPs;

  • authentication tokens;

  • payment credentials;

  • private keys; or

  • other sensitive security information.

Respectful and Constructive Feedback

Critical Feedback Is Welcome

Feedback does not need to be positive.

We welcome criticism where it identifies something that may reasonably be improved.

A person will not be required to praise Sizzle Social or soften a legitimate concern before it can be considered.

Abusive Conduct

Strong criticism shall not be treated as abuse merely because it is unfavourable.

However, feedback channels remain subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, including applicable restrictions concerning threats, fraud, harassment, malicious files and other prohibited conduct.

Non-Retaliation

Honest Feedback

Sizzle Social shall not penalise a person solely for providing honest feedback in good faith.

This includes feedback that is:

  • critical;

  • negative;

  • commercially inconvenient;

  • concerned with an error; or

  • intended to challenge an existing process.

Submitting feedback does not prevent Sizzle Social from taking unrelated action where there is an independent legitimate reason, including fraud, security violations or breach of applicable Platform rules.

Feedback and Intellectual Property

Ideas and Suggestions

Submitting ordinary feedback or suggestions does not automatically transfer ownership of independently protected intellectual property to Sizzle Social.

However, unsolicited ideas should not be submitted on the assumption that Sizzle Social is entering into a confidential relationship merely by receiving them.

Where a suggestion relates to a concept Sizzle Social is already considering or later develops independently, submission of similar feedback does not by itself establish ownership of that independent work.

Further information is available in the Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.

Privacy of Feedback

Personal Information

Information submitted through feedback channels may include personal data.

Such information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Users should provide only information reasonably necessary for Sizzle Social to understand the feedback.

Transparency About Improvements

Communicating Changes

Where appropriate, significant improvements resulting from User feedback may be communicated through:

  • Platform updates;

  • articles;

  • announcements;

  • release information;

  • email;

  • social media; or

  • other suitable channels.

Sizzle Social is not required to publicly attribute every change to a particular person who suggested it.

Our Publishing Standards

Feedback concerning editorial content is considered alongside our Publishing Principles.

Those principles govern our approach to:

  • accuracy;

  • research;

  • transparency;

  • editorial review;

  • commercial content;

  • AI-assisted publishing; and

  • updates to published information.

Our Commitment

Sizzle Social believes useful feedback should lead to more than a collection of comments that nobody reviews.

Our goal is to listen for information that can help us make the Platform, Services, support experience and published content better.

We may not implement every suggestion, and not every disagreement will result in a change. However, relevant feedback should be considered in good faith, recurring issues should be recognised, and material problems should be addressed where action is reasonably appropriate.

That is what we mean by actionable feedback.
