We recently identified an issue affecting some payments made through our Virtual Account funding system. As a result, a number of successful transfers were not automatically credited to customer wallets as expected.

Our team has investigated and resolved the issue, and all affected payments that were successfully received have now been reviewed and credited accordingly.
